Kid's Party Planning Tips

At Little Legends Events, most of our parties are designed for children aged 3–10 years, but we can tailor activities to suit different ages and mixed age groups wherever possible.

We are based in Congleton and cover many surrounding areas including Holmes Chapel, Sandbach, Macclesfield, Bollington, Wilmslow and Alderley Edge. We’re also happy to travel further for your special event, although venues located more than 15 miles from Congleton may incur a small additional travel charge.

Our standard party packages are 1 or 2 hours long. However we can always offer a quote based on your requirements should you require more or less time.

We offer Children's disco party entertainment which includes music, games and effects. Additionally we have Princess Packages from meet and greets to a party hosted by the Princess. Optional party upgrades are available such as a UV glow party.

Absolutely! While we don't offer Mascots (Snow Queen aside) we can definitely tailor our music and games to fit your theme. Just let us know before hand and we will ensure your party fits your needs.

No — we are a mobile entertainment company, so we come to you! Parties can be held at home, in halls, community centres or suitable outdoor spaces (weather permitting).

We can adapt to many spaces, but enough room for children to move safely and join in activities is important. If you’re unsure whether your venue is suitable, just ask and we’ll happily advise.

Yes — we provide the entertainment equipment needed for the party, including music, lighting, effects and interactive props where applicable.

We usually arrive 30 minutes before the party to set up. Some parties might need some additional prep time and some might need less depending on requirements. We can provide this information when booking.

Yes. A responsible adult must remain present throughout the party. While we lead the entertainment and help manage the fun, overall supervision and responsibility for the children remains with parents or carers.

Absolutely. We understand every child is different and we always aim to create an inclusive, welcoming environment where children feel comfortable joining in at their own pace. Please let us know about any additional needs, sensory requirements or anything that may help us make the party extra special for your child.

Of course! Younger siblings are very welcome, although some activities may be more suited to the main party age group.

Yes — if your package includes a food break, we can pause partway through the party for food and birthday cake celebrations before continuing the fun.

Yes, although we do recommend that bouncy castles are switched off during key entertainment sections to help keep children engaged and safe during activities. We understand that parents want to ensure their kids have the best time but sometimes less is more when getting value for money from your entertainment,
